- PORN ADDICTION.
With the beef up of high speed internet and the ease of access to smartphone, the youth is going to destroy the nation and very sadly the Indian youth merely notices the setbacks.
Just yesterday, I was watching a story telling type of video on YouTube and the boy, of 26, was narrating the situation of single dudes. And it was all about porns and masturbation. He described the Swayam-Seva mode so normally that it seemed like it is a very natural thing and not a big deal to discuss about it, like… Chalta hai yaar!
[ KUDOS! We are in Top-3. ]
Obviously, the topic needs attention and discussion. And of course it Chalta Hai. That is my point, the painful point about the Indian youth. We have taken it as granted and gradually it is becoming a socially acceptable thing. Fuck, I can’t imagine the situation when all the young aimless Indian kids are being turned into masturbating monkeys. The lack of awareness is dragging us to the hell and we, the so called intellectuals give zero fuck!
Have you ever thought, no need to go for any research or survey or any graphs, just think, since when the number of rape cases or child sex exploitations has been increasing? The Easy access to porn sites leads the user to a maniac and the user gradually forbids himself from the natural urge for sex and tends to gain it artificially. Even he doesn’t know that porn is addictive. He fetches it more, from softcore to hardcore and then to sadism. He turns into a monster and he can not even notice. Because, Chalta Hai. Neither the friend circle stops them nor the government warns them.
You are smart! You can see the list of cities and campare the ranks with the number of exploitation cases in those cities.
And the list of devastating subsequences of watching porn is way too long. Let us know them from Quora, itself.
• » Gary Wilson’s answer to What do masturbation and porn addictions cause?
It is worthless to talk about semen retention or celibacy with the youths who are dying to masturbate. The First step must be taken. Let us spread the awareness. Let the youth of India, the curious minds explore the truth. I know some would laugh at my view, but believe me, just this much discipline in us can build a powerful nation.
Jai Bharat!
EDIT: Some are complaining that Porn is not an addiction and the whole answer is misleading. To them, I urge to give it a try. Just stay away from pornography for 2 to 3 months. No need to follow any research report or anything. Just do it for yourself.
Outcomes:
- If you can not suppress your demand for porn, deem yourself as an ADDICT.
- If you accomplish, you will discover the answer yourself. You will definitely feel the change in your own psyche.
- If you can stop masturbating during the process, you will enjoy the bonus also, like the ability of vivid visualisation, good vibes, boldness, new height of confidence and a never-before-experienced level of Josh!
(The more you push yourself, the more you fetch the good results.)
Come on, be honest to yourself and abstain porn for 3 months. You know that it won’t harm you. I am sure, after 3 months, you will thank yourself.
NO-PORN RESOLUTION STARTS … NOW!
Well, let me be brave enough to answer and criticize all my peers.
2. Hypocrisy
Indian youth will go to any extent to support their ideologies. They will cite you the dumbest of examples, give you weird anologies and haunt you in your dreams to prove they are right. Most of the Indian youth exaggerate their level of intellect and just cannot agree to disagree or change their perspective on a topic. Debates on issues including politics, social welfare, religion and even national security will be highly polarised, having factions with die hard supporters, ready to do anything.
This applies for education as well. A science guy will convince each and every humanities student that what he is studying is totally useless and “easy”. That he will never get a high paying job as someone from science. That he is wasting his life and the subjects he is studying are vague, boring and impractical.
2. Herd mentality
This overlaps with the previous point to create a complete pandamonium in a life of a young person seeking education, job, marriage, sex etc etc. ( This includes anything and everything)
I am preparing for the law entrance exam and many a times I get approached by unambitious students who ask me what exam am I preparing for? The answer results in them asking all the pattern, previous year questions, minute details, packages per annum etc etc. When I enquire about their preparation a week after, their excitement about the exam seems to fade away.
We follow anything and everything we see/hear/read. But here is the thing we don’t understand.
Just because it works for that one person, doesn’t mean its the go-to mantra for every other student.
And then we wonder why our youth is not creative and diverse.
3. Anti- Indian/ Pseudo-liberal
A classmate of mine ( Self-proclaimed political philosopher to be precise) lectured me on how India is the baddest place on earth. How it is killing liberty and human rights of people. How these poor people are spoiling our country.
Strangely enough, that same guy couldn’t explain simple concepts of liberty and modern human rights to me. When I asked him what he did to solve these problems, his face looked like he wanted to tear my heart apart.
4.Feminism
Okay guys! Feminism was one of the best movements when it started out. That was the time when women were denied basic rights and were treated badly by the highly patriarchal and aristocratic society.
But
Feminists messed up. It didn’t take them long enough to make the feminism movement take an urban-centric misandrist approach. Their goals changed from equality to priveleges and matriarchy. Youth of India, if you are reading this please understand that the neo-feminist approach has already destroyed the West. We still have a chance. Make it or break it.
The woman you see haggling for a seat in metro is not a feminist. The mother of two who pushes a thela to eat 2 square meals is.
Please empower the right women, I guarantee their will be none left with no rights.
5.Brand consciousness
I see people buying expensive shit all the time. Ranging from the bitten and sour Apple to the overpriced Gucci , youth get mugged voluntarily by these corporate giants. Interesting, isn’t it?
A shirt with a brand logo and poor cloth is much more cool and suave than a shirt made of good cloth but not of a popular brand for us.
6.Cringe compilations (AKA statuses and posts on social media)
We might not know jack shit about something but just because it gives us the immense satisfaction of being recognised as an individual conscious of his surroundings we post nonsense about it. Our blood boils like crazy. Last night I saw two people ( One Indian and Muslim) fight about how they conquer each other and how the enemy country is going to be doomed. Strangely enough, national security was also accompanied by mixed emotions, abuses and plans to fornicate with the others’ sister.
7. Being a playboy/ liberal woman ( Or for our less fortunate friends, Bandi kab pategi )
We epitomize people with girlfriends. We message them for tips and tricks for getting inside their pants. Ironically, Indian youth treat getting dates on similar lines to that of exams. We look for tips and tricks, shortcuts, solve previous year questions i.e: try our hands on some girls/guys before preparing for the syllabus.
To all those still looking for girlfriends/boyfriends instead of focusing on their careers, I pity you.
This was an inciteful list of all those things Indian youth do, and I am extremely embarrassed to say that I belong to this hipster world.
