The competition is red-hot. While an individual aims to become an all-round agent in his field, the emphasis is on achieving success. We often move at so much pace that we often lose self-awareness. This results in ending up making mistakes, then frustration, then lacking self-confidence and so on. The loop never stops.
Losing self-awareness while growing up often misleads us. It doesn’t only leave us confused but also makes us blind to opportunities.
Developing an “Entrepreneurial Mindset” comes into play here.
I often get questions in my comments about this. People ask me, “How Manish Verma stays productive?”, “How Manish Verma manages his relationships?”. They ask for advice and notes. Well, In 70% of the cases, I found the person confused while digging deeper into the root cause of their problems. They were so much into getting results that they lost track of the process. They ended up losing self-awareness.
What is the Entrepreneurial Mindset?
The entrepreneurial mindset is a set of values and skills that is focused on growth and progress while being competitive. In my opinion, it requires keeping observations in & out. You need to observe what’s going on inside and outside you.
An entrepreneurial mindset doesn’t only entertain entrepreneurs or businessmen. If implied, it could get great results and growth for anyone or anything. Studies, sports or relationships, everything.
Traits of Entrepreneurial Mindset
1. Decisiveness
People with mindsets like an entrepreneur are decisive. They ponder upon what is best for them at the moment. Regardless of their gut feelings or any influence, they decide what is good for them. Be it hardship or struggle. They take it resiliently.
2. Confidence
Now that they decide what is best for them. They took their best time to think about it, considering every factor and possible outcome. They feel confident about themselves and their decisiveness.
3. Accountability
In the era of blame and credit, they stay accountable for whatever they do.
4. Resilience
Even though the plan didn’t work out, they find another way to deal with it. With adversity, they become decisive again and find a way out to settle things.
